I'll be attending two events this year - bothe at Turners Hall, Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire. The first one is an all day event on Saturday 23rd July10 - 4. The second as an evening event on Friday 28th October from 7pm. Come and say hi.

The Gastric Band Weight Loss programme

This is a 3/4 session programme uses hypnotherapy to fit a gastric band rather than surgery. The course involves two sessions of preparatory hypnotic suggestions followed by the 'operation' itself on the third sessions. These are usually 1 - 2 weeks apart. There follows a fourth session between 4 - 8 weeks later to 'tweak' the band. Each session lasts between 1 and 2 hours. The cost is £75.

I am taking the following correspondance courses:

Crystal Healing Diploma - by the end of the course I will have a sound, comprehensive knowledge of Crystal Healing. It is the only course which has been formally approved by the International Federation of Crystal Healers and I will receive a diploma from the Mystical Institute
Certificate in IBS Treatment by Gut Orientated Metaphor - The purpose of the course is for me to learn about the research supporting the treatment of IBS through Gut Orientated Metaphor; to be able to explain what IBS is and the diagnostic criteria now used in Primary Care; and to be able to effectively construct sessions and manage the treatment of clients presenting with a clinical diagnosis of IBS.
